1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be requested through our website booking form, by phone or on WhatsApp at +91 98183 89683. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp or by call.
- We request that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Please inform us in advance if you are running late.
- Slots are subject to availability and may be adjusted during peak days and the festive season.
2. Advance Payment
- For certain services, custom press-on orders and course enrolments, we may require an advance payment (placeholder amount: to be confirmed at the time of booking) to reserve your slot or begin work.
- The advance is adjusted against your final bill. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how advances are treated if you cancel or reschedule.
3. Late Arrival
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. The booked amount or advance may still apply.
4. Hygiene & Allergy Disclosure
- Your safety is our priority. We use sterilised tools and single-use files wherever possible.
- You must inform us before your service of any allergies, skin conditions, infections, injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions that may affect the treatment.
- Glamora is not responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or conditions. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
5. Services & Results
- Nail art is a handcrafted service; slight variations from reference images are natural and expected.
- The longevity of extensions, gel polish and art depends on aftercare, lifestyle and natural nail condition. We will advise you on aftercare, but we cannot guarantee a fixed wear time.
- Any concern must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a touch-up.
6. Custom Press-On Orders
- Custom press-on sets are made to the measurements and design you provide. Please share accurate sizing; remakes due to incorrect customer-provided measurements may incur additional charges.
- As these are made-to-order personal products, they are generally non-returnable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Nail Art Course
- Course fees, duration, kit contents and certificate terms are shared at the time of enrolment. The advertised price (₹14,999) is promotional and subject to change or seat availability.
- Enrolment is confirmed on payment of the applicable fee or advance. Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come basis.
- Course materials and content are the intellectual property of Glamora and may not be reproduced or resold.
8. Pricing
- Prices shown on the website are starting/indicative prices and may vary based on length, design complexity, products used and add-ons. Final pricing is confirmed before your service begins.
- We reserve the right to revise prices and offers at any time.
9. Conduct
We are committed to a respectful, friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, non-disclosure of relevant conditions, or non-payment.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Glamora name, logo, designs, images and text — belongs to Glamora Nail Art Studio and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glamora's liability for any service or product is limited to the amount paid for that service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
